Gosh Lance, I just finished reading your profile. I remember seeing a while back that you had experienced post surgical complications but didn't realize until just now to what extent, I am truley sorry you and your family have had to experience the worry and stress of nearly losing you. To read about your complications is very sobering. I appreciate your candor as I am still pre-op and we all need to be very aware that these knids of things can and do happen. I can totally understand your feelings of not wanting to put your family through this kind of trauma, what with the surgery being elective in nature and especially if your partner wasn't keen on the idea in the first place. She must have been scared to death. Maybe I should have sent this in email form instead of posting to your surgery page, but wanted you to know, since I am a believer I will be praying for your full and complete recovery. I hope with each new day things look better and brighter for you. Thank you for continuing to share your experience with us. You are a very unselfish man. Bless you, ~TamiB~
