Hi Dimond! God be with you, and God bless you. I am now 10.5 months out, and -102. I feel wonderful. Was a size 32, now a size 18. I know you will be blessed, so the only adivce I can give you is to listen to Dr. Cahill, Tony and staff, and make sure your MIND is secure in who you are NOW, because baby, you are in for a big change!
