Congratulations on your surgery TODAY! I regret not getting here in time to wish you well before you had to be off, but I pray everything went well and you are now recovering comfortably. I wanted you to know that I am praying for you. I pray that God will bless you with a smooth and complication-free recovery followed by a life time of improved health and long term weight loss. May your post-op journey be filled with wow moments and supportive people to light up your way! When you get home remember to sip, sip, sip and get up and moving as best you can (it'll make a big difference in how you feel and how quickly you can recover). WELCOME TO THE LOSER'S BENCH!

Wednesday is your day! Just remember you are on the journey of a lifetime. Try to enjoy every minute. It may sound weird now, but know that you are cared for and prayed for here, and all too soon this will be but a memory and you will be an inspiration to someone else. I am waiting for you on the losers' bench!
