Carolyn, Things to look forward to after WLS.....taking a tub bath, tieing your shoe, stopping the majority if not all of your current medications, walking for a long time and enjoying the exercise, avoiding the stares of others, feeling like you can conquer the world, watching the scale fall weekly, putting on your clothes and they fall off, feeling like you belong to the human race, increasing your self-confidence and self esteem AND loving yourself enough to undertake this surgery. Good luck to you!! KimmieTN
