hi Judy. I am happy for you and your new journey to a happier healthier life and a happy new year. I am 5 months post op and 80 lbs down and 46 inches down and 5 cloathingsizes down since surgery. I am more mobile than I have been in 10 years and happier than I have been for a lot longer than that. I was 516 lbs in Feb. this year and I know what it is like to be extreamally heavy and going through this surgery. hang in there and keep writting all of us and you will be just fine. this site is a big help to me and I have been writing on this site for aprox 1 year. I now weigh 370 and I feel great and am walking about 20 min. an day and doing a sitdown exercise video every other day too. I can now walk through almost any store and dont have to use a cart any more most of the time. I was wheelchair bound for aprox. 4 to 6 years and now am walking great and enjoying all the great new life God has given to me and I hope I can help you have a happy healthy time of your new experience.
