Hi there, I will be having mine on the same day... we will be wall walkers together.. I am having mine at 2:00pm on the 9th, how about you? I am just getting over a cold, a bad one, so I am working on staying well for the next 18 days... oh my god.. its almost here, can you believe it.. Kaiser is flying me on the 8th, where will you be staying? We'll probably see eachother.. let me know.. I would love to share experiences... take care.. stay healthy... Tricia

Hi! Joelle, I had my surgery on 10/19/01. I changed doctors and got my date moved up from the original date of December 19. I had Dr. Mary Murphy. She was wonderful! I have had only good experiences so far. The surgery was much easier than I thought it would be. My recovery has been very easy. My advise to you is to drink your protein now and start walking if you can find the time. It makes all the difference in your healing.
