I SAID A PRAYER FOR YOU TODAY~*~ I said a prayer for you today And know God must have heard- I felt the answer in my heart Although He spoke no word I didn't ask for wealth or fame, I knew you wouldn't mind, I asked Him to send treasures Of a far more lasting kind, I asked that He'd be near you At the start of each new day, To grant you health and blessings And friends to share your way. I asked for happiness for you In all things great and small, But it was for His loving care I prayed the most of all.**Hugs**

Hi Jamie, sorry you feel bad. It's possible the "taste" you're experiencing could be Ketosis. I know when I do the Atkins diet (low carb)and my urine tests positive for ketones, I am burning fat which is a good thing (unless your diabetic). hang in there sweetie, you are still healing from surgery and I've read it does get better. Best wishes to you.

Hi Jamie, I am sorry to hear your feeling so bad, but I know where your comming from. I had a terrible reaction to something in the hospital, and I was misserable for a few weeks, but please believe me when I say not only does it get better, you will soon realize it was the best thing you could have ever done for yourself. I am 7 months out and 20 pounds from goal. Take care. You are in my prayers for a speedy recovery.

Hi Jamie, I wish you all the best with your recovery!! Dr. Shina did my surgery in Aug of 2002. He is the best!! Do what he tells you and you will do great!! I am down 100 lbs!! Email me if you want!! I know these first couple of weeks are really rough but believe me it will be worth it all when those lbs start melting away..Good luck!!
