Hi guys. Debbie is doing great and is now home. she came home Friday which was a couple days later than she expected when she went in. This of course was due to the problem she experienced with her kidneys. Unfortunately she expected to go home on Thursday and was dressed and ready when the renal dr. came in and said she had to wait another day. Poor Debbie..she was disappointed but understood. She is doing very well. Trying to get her fluids in. She is taking the pain med roxicet sporadically and says she really does not have much pain. Well just wanted to "update". Hi everyone. I spoke with Ed, Debbie's husband and Debbie this morning. Although she is doing better today, she had a bit of a rough day yesterday. Due to preop nurses making her take her medications right before going into surgery on Monday, she experienced some pretty significant sounding problems yesterday with kidney function. Thankfully today has been much better. She will be in the hospital an extra day or so due to this complication, but hopes to come home tomorrow. She did say she has very little pain so I'm thankful for that! Please keep praying for her. I can't wait until she gets home and is well on her way to recovery and a life BETTER than ever! God Bless. Hi guys! Ed (Debbie's husband) called me this a.m. at 9:45 to say that Debbie came through surgery great! I'm not sure what time they took her in but she had to be at the hospital at 5:15 this a.m. and was still in recovery when Ed called. I'll be checking in with him tonight and will update as I find out more. Please say an extra prayer for her that all continues to go smooth through her hospitalization and recovery! God Bless. Diana

Hi everyone! I am Debbie's "angel" here on earth! My sister and I met Debbie tonight for dinner. We had a great time talking...comparing notes etc. Debbie, I am wishing you an easy surgery with a super fast recovery! Monday will be the first day of a brand new you. God Bless and keep you. Hey Debbie! I hope the next 3 weeks fly by for you and follows with a HUGELY successful surgery and recovery! Don't worry about insurance issues...things will work out.
