Aloha All, I was just wondering if anyone knows if Victoria is okay. She does such a wonderful job on updating her recipes every week.....and for some reason they have not been updated in a couple of months.... so I was looking forward to her yummy treats hugs DEE in AZ

Hi! Just wanted to say that you look wonderful! Where do you work? I noticed a police logo. my husband works at Diamondback Correctional Facility in Watonga. He really likes it there. Congrats on all your weight loss and I hope I will be there soon!

Victoria, I just wanted to tell you that your transformation is amazing! If I was not a WLS person myself, I would not believe that it is the same person at the top and bottom of your pics. By the way, I have the exact same shirt (the black with blue shapes)that you have on in your before pictures. And isn't it somthing how we seem to graduate from strech pants to blue jeans? Thanks for sharing your journey and your experiance. It is so appreciated.

VICTORIA YOUR SITE IS AMAZING. Thanks for building such a well researched site that we can all get a benefit from. I read it all the time and I can't get enough of it. VICTORIA: IM SOMEWHAT NEW TO THE SITE, AND HAVE BEEN JUST POKING AROUND. I HAVE SEEN YOUR RECIPES, BUT BECAUSE I HAVE NOT YET HAD THE SURGERY, JUST KIND OF PASSED THEM BY. FOR SOME REASON I DECIDED TO CLICK ON YOUR WEB PAGE JUST TO SEE WHAT THE FUTURE HOLDS AS FAR AS FOOD CHOICES AFTER SURGERY, WELL LET ME TELL YOU, I WAS JUST BLOWN AWAY WITH ALL THE INFORMATION THAT YOU HAVE GIVEN. Dear Victoria ~ I just wanted to tell you that your recipes in your book are F-F-FANTASTIC - keep them coming. I print other ones off all the time - I added a bit more spice into the stuffed tomatoes because I'm Hispanic and it needed a bit more of that Mexican flavoring for me - but I love things spicy...comino (cumin) HAS to go in any and all Mexican dishes...don't let anyone tell you otherwise. :) Just wanted to say thank you so much for being so sweet & kind to share all of your recipes...I love the book & your one of my dearest inspirations.
