Cynthia! I know you may be a little nervous, but keep positive and visualize yourself waking up and feeling fine! The power of the mind is great! I wish you a smooth surgery and speedy, non-complicated recovery! You can do this! Someone told me the ride in the car to the hospital is more dangerous than the surgery! I'll be thinkin of you and my surgery is coming up on Friday! Hugs from Connecticut, your southern neighbour! xox KathyA Watson

Congratulations Cynthia, I am post-op 10 days today and just as everyone else has said, I would not hesitate doing it all over again if I had to. In 10 days I have lost 10 lbs and what I feel physically cannot compare. Just 10 days difference, I am no longer out of breath with every few steps, my knees are no longer killing me, my spirit is soaring, my energy level is up. A couple of UGH days are nothing. Remember they do not last long at all. Each day IS better and you too will believe that its the best thing you ever did for your health and yourself. God Bless and come on over to the other side. Anita
