Donna - I just read your update and was heartbroken to see you got the same crappy care and attitudes that I did, and we were even at different hospitals. I have a large abdominal hernia now from my little restroom foray (my pole did not want to move even when unplugged - kinda like a totally messed-up shopping cart). I sure hope they get their acts together! Sure happy to hear you are doing so well - keep up the great work. I'm praying for you too! Big Hugs - Shari

Ah, so good to see you posting my friend! Didn't want to bug you until I saw you post something and knew you were up and around a little better. It's super to hear that you are doing so well, and I really enjoyed spending time with you at the hospital. Now that I know you are more "back to normal" (whatever normal is!?) Unofficial angel flying in... Just talked to Donna. She did wonderfully with her surgery yesterday... She feels great... and I have to say, she sounds AWESOME!! very alert!! She says she wants to go home!! BTW, she got to brush her teeth today and loved it!! (have to say I felt the same way when I brushed my teeth after surg!!!) Donna will update when she gets home!! HOORAY FOR YOU DONNA!!!!!
