Hi Shannon, I'd say don't be nervous but what's the point? I was nervous too! I always say the week before surgery was worse than the week after (for me anyway). Stay positive and keep ONLY positive people around you. Truly. I'm down 100 lbs after 7 months; it's was a great decision for me and I'm sure it will be great for you too. The results of this surgery are nothing short of amazing (I'm still in shock). I hope all your weight-loss and good health dreams come true..... Best Wishes,

god bless you shannon as you have your surgery tommorrow..i always think of wednesday surgery folks because that is the day of the week i had my surgery...here's hoping everything goes wonderful.....remember to think positive thoughts only and keep thinking about how this is going to make your life so much better physically,mentally and every other way too!i will say a prayer for you......carol casey
