Arron: I am happy for you to have your surgery and get the waiting over with. You have a good surgeon with Dr. Bolar. Every surgery he does is the more practice he has for when he does mine, very hopefully soon. I wish you a speedy recovery and I'll be watching for updates. Good luck, Delores
