Hey Frank guess who, Hope all has gone well with your surgery, I am doing pretty good 9 days post op. It's hard not to over eat. I keep thinking two tablespoons of food won't keep me alive so I have been expierencing the over the limit feeling quite often. I have to keep in mind to slow done my eating and take little bites. e-mail when your feeling up to it.

Hey Frank I am 3 weeks post op from Metro Hospital in Cleveland, and I am 50 lbs down. Frank if you need anything let me know I will be glad to drop my phone number in the event ya need anything or assistance in the hospital. I live in North Royalton, so I can help if you need it. Frank, this will be the greatest step we have ever taken in our lives to better ourselves. I will be thinking of you on Fri as I too will be having my wls then. Thank you for the words of confidence and hope to talk with you asap afterwards on "THE OTHER SIDE". You will be fine! Carolyn
