Barbara I wish you so much luck! You have been so great. I has been wonderful talking to you in the chat room. You have put me at ease so many times and I want to thank you again for that!! Barb, Sorry I haven't been in touch lately. My computer online server has been down. I have been having a hard time keeping things down. I get so nervous about eating that I eat to fast and then I spend the next 1/2 hr. throwing up. I have had only the one complication after surgery. This was the fact that they were giving me D5W IV and no movement and I went diabetic. Once they stopped the IV and I started getting out of bed the blood sugar went back to normal. I have to remember to eat very slowly then I have no problem with the throwing up. I just rest a while and then try again only with smaller forks and slower swollowing. Hope to hear from you before your surgery. I have my post-op with Dr. Hocking on April 3.

This a note to Barbara. Hi my name is Cindy. I'm having the same surgery with Dr. Hocking on 2/28/01. I'll be your angel if you would like. I get to Lake City every weekend to visit my parents.
