Angel checking in:I spoke to Debbie today, this is her 3rd day in the thin club.Was very glad I was able to speak to Debbie when I called the hospital.She is having some gas pains, so it has been a hard day.She said she is having the "shouldn't have done "this thoughts but she knows that things will get better.Everyone please give her your prayers today and any suggestions to make this gas go away would be great.Now the good news, Dr. said she could go home early tomorrow if she can get 40oz of water down.Evelyn

Just a ouick update on Debbie.I talked to Steve and he reported all was fine.Debbie is sitting up and sipping a little broth.Happy thanksgiving all! Evelyn

Good evening friends.I wanted to let everyone know that Debbie had her sugery early this morning and everything went just fine.I spoke to DH Steve around 10:30 and she was already out of surgery and going to recovery.Dr said she did great and she didn't have to have to have a ng tube.At 6:00 pm she was resting in her room.This is so great, I'll check again tomorrow and post.Evelyn
