Dear Lesa, I quit smoking with a program called "Final Smoke". Check www.FinalSmoke.com. It helped me and maybe it will work for you. I will keep you in my prayers for your success. All the best to you, ROSI

I SAID A PRAYER FOR YOU TODAY~*~ I said a prayer for you today And know God must have heard- I felt the answer in my heart Although He spoke no word I didn't ask for wealth or fame, I knew you wouldn't mind, I asked Him to send treasures Of a far more lasting kind, I asked that He'd be near you At the start of each new day, To grant you health and blessings And friends to share your way. I asked for happiness for you In all things great and small, But it was for His loving care I prayed the most of all.

Lesa..I just wanted to say that my Dr suggests to eat 6 small high protien meals a day ( I'm still waiting for my surg). But it sounds like you are trying and doing great. As for the hard candy....if you are tolerating it and not dumping and still losing...I don't see that as a problem....Keep up the good work...Jamie

Hi Lesa, just wanted to reply to your question about feeling sick each time you eat. I think that's normal for awhile. I am 3 1/2 months out and sometimes I still feel nauseas after I eat. Some things just seem to sit better than others. I really have a hard time with breakfast. Anyway, just hang in there and I think that you will feel better before long. If I can help be of support to you please feel free to email me and let me know. WLS Buddy, Jackie Gilley
