Rebecca, WELCOME HOME! Glad you made it safely to the losing side. Now drink your water, get in your protein, and walk your way to the miracle about to happen for you! It is amazing!

Hi Rebecca, Glad to hear you are doing well. Carol has been writing me also and giving info and said if I needed a helping hand she would be there. I think that is very nice of her. Hope you have no troubles in the future and you have a great weight loss. I am just going thru the processing at this date. Carol in Elwell

Just got back from the hospital. Rebecca is doing so well the doc was ready send her home today. She told him no, no ride and she wanted the security of another night. She reported that Dr. foote has seen her 3 times in the hospital.
She is using her meds button sparingly, walking frequently and enjoying her Glacial fruit flavored waters. Doctor thought they were great as they are zero calories and no sugar. Left when she had to nap.

Just got a call from Rebecca. She passed her leak test and had already taken four strolls around the floor. Her compression booties and Foley are in her past.
She repots that she has been arguing with staff. They had her using a straw for the leak test. She reports she is doing well with the Glacial Honey Dew water, but they have yet to offer her the "wonderful" Promote. Will be going over in a bit to actually meet her when she is "with it."

Bebecca had her surgery today. It was delayed a half hour as the OR's (only 23 of them) were busier than they had ever been. She did well and was in her room shortly before 6. Her first question - Was it lap or open. Well, I am happy to report it was done lap. When I left she was pretty much out of it, but I did manage to say hello to the woman I had only met over the phone. I left her in the care of her husband and son, went out to say thanks to the nurses I had a month ago and was on my way. Will continue to check up on her.
