MICHAEL-CONGRATS on your BIG day!! What a life transforming day this will be for you!! I know it was for me!! It has been 4 years since my surgery now and in 2 years, I lost over #360!!!! Just follow your docs orders and be sure to get in your water, walking and protein in. The keys to sucess!! Can't wait to see what a HUGE looser you become!! May angels go before you!!
