Congratulations on your weight loss & exercise program. What is it with nurses that so many of us are big women, MO, could it be that we eat instead of standing up for ourselves becasue we are the original caretaker personality. Looking out for everyone but OURSELVES??
Good luck with the job, they should be happy to hire you since you've been very proactive about caring for yourself with this surgery.
Hey- I just got off the phone with Terri!!!! She was had her leak test today and is now sipping on water. Her oxygen is a little low so they are not letting her do very much which means she is not walking yet.:( Please continue to keep her in your prayers.
Terri, congratulations on your safe journey to the losing side! We look forward to watching you shed those pounds! Best wishes on your continuing journey.
Terri~~Your day is here. Here's to a speedy healthy recovery. I always say: remember to walk, walk, walk, and drink, drink, drink...and don't forget to use your spirometer...no matter how much you hate it.
