Hi Dana, I was reading messages from today and checked our your page. I'm having lap on Nov 11th and am just waiting, waiting and waiting! I've got 77 days to go! I'm hoping that the waiting is the worst part. Sounded like you were doing great. I'm 5'2" and weigh 260! Not my highest either but it's still pretty bad. Any suggestions you have to help me through the waiting would be great. How did you prepare for the surgery? Thanks!!!

Hi Dana! I see you have surgery tomorrow. Of course it's scary (and I wish I could help send those butterflies away), but if you've come this far -- and your profile shows you've been at it for some time -- you'll be fine! Just do some deep breathing, and think how much you've already learned about this process just by researching and waiting so long.
