Tara, I am wishing you a successful, complication free surgery and a quick, smooth recovery. I had my open RNY on Dec. 10, 2001 and have absolutely NO regrets other than not having had done it several years ago. It really is, without a doubt, the best thing I could have done for myself. God bless you as you start your new, healthier life.

Hello everyone, Tara is home and doing great but has developed a infection in her arm from the IV. She is on medicine for it and it should be getting better in a couple of days. She was really worried about it but is fine now. Please go to her page and wish her well she will love it. love to all the pre-ops and post-ops miriam

Hello everyone, Tara is home now after only 4days!!! She is doing awesome, her doctor said he is so proud of her and so am I. My surgery is only 11 days away and she has been such a wonderful friend, she is very encouraging and supportive, I really believe God sent her to me. I think you are truly an wonderful person Tara I love you and wish you lots of happiness.

Hello everyone just got back from seeing Tara, she is doing great. She has been sipping on water,crystal light,and she also had some carnation instant breakfast, surgar free of course.

I just talked to TARA and she is doing wonderfully! She is up and has already brushed her teeth and sounds awesome on the phone. She says she isn't even really using her morpheine pump very much either. WAY TO GO TARA! Keep up with the good work! Love ya!
