Hi Donna. I just had my Lap RNY on 1/28/03 and I am truly feeling great. You were talking about that mucus you have on the message board. I have that and it's so annoying. I went to see my surgeon yesterday for my post-op visit and told him about it. I feel like it's post nasal drip but it also feels very frothy. I feel like I'm foaming at the mouth sometimes. Anyway, he says he's had about 100 patients with the same complaints and doesn't know what it is but that it does go away in about a month or so. I guess it's one of those grin and bear it things. Hi all you good AMOS folks!! This is Donna LaPan's angel Sue, flying in to tell you all that Donna is home from the hospital and feeling fairly good with the exception of a pulled muscle at the top of her incision - ouch!!! This is Donna LaPan's angel flying in to let everyone know that Donna as successfully made it to the other side!!! Her dear husband Del, called me this AM to let me know she was fine and that everything was a complete success! What a relief for Donna and her dear family. only a few more days to your new life. I know its scary, but remember you have alot of support here on this site. I will be right behind you, I go in on the 20th. I wish you a speedy recovery, and hope you loose all the weight you want gone. Good Luck and God Bless
