Hey there Patti, sweetie, be kind to yourself! Pick a non-food thing and just pamper yourself, we all get blue from time to time. Your body has a lot of adjusting to do, just take your time. I'm still a poor pre-op (lol) so I don't mean to sound an expert. LOL So, take a deep leisurely breath, close your eyes and imagine a beautiful sunny blue sky, sprinkled with puffy white clouds, sweet song birds chirping, and think of something that gives you peace.
