JENNY~~ Here's a site where you can put in your height, starting weight, and % of excess weight loss wanted. It will create a month by month chart for you as to what your weight loss should be. I started out HOPING for 60 or 70% weight loss, but have now found out that even though I was disappointed that I hadn't lost more, I am on track to loose 90% of my excess weight within 12 months.
