Helly Lynda: So happy for you! Only 2 days left. WOW. I bet you're a little frantic right now. Or at least have moments. I know I would. Is your email address correct? The message I sent you came back undeliverable. I noticed that you have Cigna PPO and so do I. Mine is in Utah so it may be a little different state by state, I don't know. Could you help me out and tell me what your co-morbidities are and what all you submitted to Cigna to get approved. I'm getting all my stuff together to submit and I don;t want to leaven anything out so I can get approved as soon as possible. Did they require you to visit a dietician? Did they require you to see a psychologist for a psych eval? I heard some do and some don't. My medial doctor is treating me for depression and has been for a year. I'm hoping they'll take a letter from her saying I'm OK for surgery and the changes to come. I've also heard that some Cigna plans require documentation for prior weight loss programs for at least 26 weeks and it has to be from a professional place. I actually heard that from a Cigna Plus POS person. I'm thinking that maybe they require these things from some and not others depending on their BMI and their co-morbidities. I don't know. Any input you could give would really help me.
