Hey everyone, Denise can get up and down out of bed. She's been taking walks, she is a real go getter!!! Congrats denise. She told them to take her off of pain meds on friday. she is only taking tylenol. I can't believe it. She is still receiving insulin, but its because her sugar runs alittle high still. she said probably because of the sucrose drip. If her sugar is okay she will get out tommorrow, sunday, if not then monday. She can't wait to get home and take a shower. So everything is good. Praise God. I guess I need to flap off and read some postings...lol.........like my angel wings....lol. lisa 339/259/???

07:45pm ~J~ angel flying in....Well denise has been in recovery for about 3.5hrs now and we are waiting for her to be moved to a room, I will keep you all posted as things progress. Dr. Williams said her surgery went well and she didn't need to have her gallbladder removed. Which is good. I can't wait till I can go back and see her. They said she is pain free now, so that is good. Well I want to be the first to welcome her to the other side....WELCOME DENISE, YOU ARE A POSTOP!! We will be shrinking together. I Love you sis and I can't wait to exercise and recover together. ((((((((Denise))))))) Lisa your lil sis and angel

~j~ Angel flying in again....Its 4:20 and Denise just came out of surgery and is in recovery. Thank you Lord. I'll let you know how she is doing. Lisa

Hey everyone, they took Denise back at 11:26 into preop, into the OR at 12:26 and started the operation at 1:21pm. she should be out in the next hour then I will know where she is going, well after the recovery room. I will keep you all posted how she is doing. Just keep her in your prayers. I know she will do wonderfully. Okay, I'll be back. Lisa 339/260/??? postop lap/rny 10-23-03

~j~ angel flying in....denise has 5 days and a wake up...I am soooo excited for her...I know that she will do awesome!!! Please keep her in your prayers!! She is my big sis and I love her. I am so glad that we have each other to go through this journey with. I just thought of something funny....lol...I will be older than her for once, because my rebirthday happened 3 mths before hers...lol.....Okay I'll keep everyone posted! Den I know that God will bring you through safely and I'll be there with you all the way. LOve your sis and angel. I wanted to wish you well with your upcoming surgery. I hope that all goes well and that you are up and out and about real soon. I'll bet you are are doing a happy dance accompanied by a bundle of unwanted "NERVES", but don't worry be HAPPY! You are in my thoughts and prayers. Good Luck!
