Hello. I wanted to respond to your question about whether you could loose 100 lbs in a year at 5/3 and 295. I'm 5/2 and had a start weight of 295 lbs. I'm 3mos. post op now and have lost 75lbs. I'm pushing for 25 before my 6 mos. date. I know it's possible. Good luck and many blessings!!!!
