Jill - my email isn't working so I'm giving yo an idea about broth here. You can get Beef Consumme (spelling?)at the grocery. It is a canned broth that you can refrigerate and it gells just like jello!!!! I added, before putting it in the fridge, some flavor. I put a drop or two of sesame oil to make it taste like Chinese. The first few weeks after surgery, I thought I'd die on the liquid! It's over soon, I promise. My first bit of cottage cheese was the best thing I had ever tasted.
