hi kimber, i hope your feeling better today. i will have my surgery on sept.25 at u.s.c also. with another doctor i'm so sorry you have had such a hard time.i will keep you in my prayers. i'm looking for prayers as well thankyou for sharing your journey. god bless,patty

Kimber sweetie, kick your Dr in the a$$ and tell him to do something for you. 8 weeks post op seems like a long time to endure the problems you mentioned. Here's a big cyber (((HUG))) for you to say I care and wish you the best.

Kimber:This is ridiculous. Your surgeon should be looking for the source. At least give you a prescription for the Nausea. Darn it, if even your eyelashes are falling out, you are malnourished not to mention dehydrated. This is very serious. Call your doc and make him/her do something. We care. Keep us informed

Hi Kimber, I know that you are having a hard time right now, but try not to be too hard on yourself. 48 pounds in 8 weeks? THAT IS AN AMAZING WEIGHT LOSS! When was the last time that you were able to say that? Hon, you are still recovering. You did not put on all this weight at once. You are doing fantastic. I assure you that the nausea will pass in time and right now the best thing that you can do for yourself is to try to get in as much protein, water and walking as you can. It will get better. I hope that this helps you. We have all had these feelings at one time or another. Hang in there and lean on us and we will boost you up and keep you thinking positive! Take care!

<font face="cosmic sans" size="3" color="CC33CC">Hi again everyone! Just wanted to let everyone know, KIMBER'S HOME & doin' great!!! Whooo HOOOO!!! <G> I just got off the phone with Kimber, she got to come home yesterday. She's still having a little trouble with pain management but not as bad as it was. She sounded fantastic on the phone!!! She and I talked for about 45 minutes, and she was just laughin & gigglin' the whole time!! Canya tell she's excited to be a "loser"!!!??? LOL.. <P><font face="cosmic sans" size="3" color="CC33CC">Kimber, Thank you for giving me the honor of being one of your angels!! I've loved every minute of it, and getting to know you has been wonderful!! I wish you all the best as you continue on your journey. <font face="verdana" size="3" color="0000CC">Bad angel here =(.. Sorry Kimber!!! I haven't checked in with her the last 2 days, I've been over-run with kids here and just didnt have a quiet moment to call... yeah I know, excuses excuses.. but its true!! Really!!!... anyway, I just want to let everyone know I talked to Kimber this morning, she sounds good, but still having problems with pain control. Her meds have been changed 3 times, and its still not helping much. She's hoping to get to go home tomorrow (was supposed to go today), but its going to depend on whether the Dr. can find something to help the pain.<P><font face="verdana" size="3" color="0000CC">KIMBER, I apologize for dropping my halo here hon...take care and keep a positive attitude!!
