I stopped by the hospital today to check in on debra and she looked wonderful and was feeling just great...she has been getting up and walking and had even gotten to eat couple of bites of jello when the nurses came running in her room and said you should have gotten ice chips not a liquid diet yet...oh well at least she got to taste....she seemed to be in good spirits and her husband was there by her side and being very supportive....way to go DEB and welcome to the lighter side .....karen

Hey Debra, I just wanted to drop you a quick note to say that I will be thinking of you tomorrow. I hope you can get some sleep tonight but I'm sure so many things are running through your mind. Congratulations and good luck with your surgery. I just got a date, 9-25-01, to have my in Alabaster...just down the road. Can't wait to meet you at some of the support group meetings. I pray all goes well for you.
