Hi Tina... Long time no hear! Sounds like you are doing well. Your son's graduation picture is so cute! My son just started Kindergarten on August 23, 2004. He's loving it! I can't believe all the homework they give Kindergartners. Whew! I know what you mean about the last 40 lbs. because I have 50 lbs. more to lose and it's killing me! I haven't lost (or gained, thank God) any weight in about 6 months. Take care and keep up the good work. You look GREAT!

Tina, I was the one who wrote about the slurpees...I love the Diet Pepsi as well. Now I've found chrystal light in lime, raspberry, and lemon. So cool for a hot summer day!!

Dear Tina...keeping up with exercise IS tough...but I think doing the Walk Away the Pounds tapes is a great idea. My main exercise is walking...it's all I can do right now. It would be great to get into the gym and pound the weights, but I can't. I wish you continued success on your journey, Tina...it's a process getting everything...eating, supplements, exercise...working just right for YOU. Love and hugs, Joy

Hi Tina.....Don't be so down on yourself girl. Do what you gotta do and get it over with. I go through "phases" like that all the time. I know it's not as easy to cave because of the negative effects it has but it's nothing to beat yourself up about. Are you craving sweets in general or chocolate? I freak out with chocolate & I constantly worry that "it" will be my downfall. I am newly disabled due to severe back problems & steadily gaining while waiting for surgery approval. I am home all the time & on the computer a lot, I sure could use a friend & would like to be yours. Hang in there & try not to think about it too much.
