Just to let you know that Lori's doing great!!! I talked to her today(2/4/01),and she sounded so much better and is so very happy! Lori has a great attitude and I am so glad everything went so well for her. Can't wait to meet you in person,Lori!! Lori goes to her doctor tomorrow and is hoping for a trip home! It would be nice if some of you could leave a short message to welcome her back home! Keep up with your positive attitude and great sense of humor, Lori!

I just wanted to let you know about Lori's progress. I talked to her today(2/1/01), and she is doing quite well. She is having some difficulity with fluid build up and wheezing, but her doctor is giving her some medication and a breathing treatment for that! She hopes to go back to the motel room tomorrow afternoon. Keep good thoughts and prayers going for her recovery. She has a fantastic attitude and a good sense of humor! She will do fine! You are in our prayers, Lori!!!!

Just wanted to let everyone know that Lori had her surgery at 7am yesterday and it went very well!! I talked to her on the phone in the late afternoon and she was so happy and glad that everything went so well! She wanted me to let all of you know this and to thank you for your support! Nancy

Good luck on your big day. I have an open RNY scheduled for 1/30. I will say a special prayer just for you for a safe and uneventful journey to a new life. I wish you all the best. I hope to read nothing but very dull posts about your recovery, but exciting posts about your tremendous weight loss. See you on the "other side".
