Hello All! ^j^ Angel reporting in...Sue had her LAP RNY surgery yesterday and everything went without a hitch!! I just spoke with her and she sounded great! Already sipping some cranberry juice and doing some walking!! She is doing wonderful. Her doctor does not do leak tests (???) which concerned me a little but I guess everyone is a little different. Didn't talk long as she was getting a bit tired so I'll give her a call again tomorrow and update everyone again.

Hello...Just wishing you all the best on your surgery and I will pray that you have a safe and complication-free recovery. I had my surgery on May 15th and I would already do it again in a heartbeat. Take care and Keep us posted! God Bless!

Angel reporting in....Susan went for her pre-op testing and she is scheduled for surgery next Monday at 2:00 p.m. at St. Lukes in Milwaukee. Please stop into her surgery page and give her your best wishes! To all of those post-ops out there you know how important it is to know that people are out there and praying for you...so PLEASE drop her a note.

Congrates Susan! I know how many feelings you are experiecing, I am having an Open Distal RNY by Dr. Chua this coming Tuesday, August 21st at Sinai-Samaritan. My prayers are with you. I heard Dr. Chua has a great support group for aftercare. Maybe we can meet there sometime. My wife is having the surgery on October 1st as well. Best of luck.
