We are wishing you all the best. Stay strong and keep your faith. My husband just had surgery on 7-9-02 and is doing well. He was as scared as you are now. Enjoy your day and try to sleep tonight. You and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers. And even now.. I will ask our Lord to watch over you and your loved ones. To give you the strength and peace tonight and tomorrow. To cast out the fear. To stand by and guide you Doctor. And most off all Lord... I ask that you ease the pain after Katrina's surgery and have the hospital staff to be adequate and keep her pain free. In all these things I ask in Jesus name. Amen................ Darlene Sprague

" I know, O LORD of LOVE and LIGHT, about the need. Touch my heart anew with your DIVINE LOVE and LIGHT that I too may receive and give, sending your healing touch to others in need. I invoke your DIVINE LOVE and LIGHT towards Excellent Health, Loving Relationships, Right Livelihood and Right Alignment with my and soul's purpose. I wish to align myself with ALL THAT IS, my own I AM PRESENCE. I now open myself to receive your gifts and with your DIVINE GUIDANCE I will give to others and give thanks for the SPIRITUAL ABUNDANCE in my Life." SO BE IT, IT IS SO.

Hi Katrina, I have done some research on my own and it is my opinion that vita4life offers the best ones (both vitamins and protien). Their vitamins are fast absorbing and their protien is a liquid that you can mix with water or kool-aid or take straight. It is all individually packaged so you can throw it in your purse and go. Another plus with the protien is that you do not count it as a meal. There is no mixing to try to get lumps out and then dreading the thought of having to drink it over four hours and it becoming all yucky in the process (as powders always do). It is very palitable (sp?) and goes down fairly quick and easy. It also provides you with 30 grams of protien (and not just one kind of protien, there are several, which is what you want.) Their products were designed specifically for bariatric patients. You can visit them on the internet under vita4life and check it out for yourself. Congrat's on your upcoming surgery. I am praying for a quick recovery for you! God Bless!
