Arnold, Wishing you well on your upcoming surgery and for a speedy recovery. Soon we will all be on the loosing side. Oct. 3 is my date to start loosing. Good luck and may you feel so much better once the weight is GONE forever!!!

Arnold,I want to wish you all the best on your surgery tomorrow. You were probably one of the people in Dr. V's office with me last Tuesday. I will be following you on Tuesday with my surgery. Good luck and we will probably be passing each other doing our important walks down the hospital halls.
