Hi Yahna, let me know how you do? I am from Fruitport over by the Lake where Dr. Schram's office is. I also went to high school with him, so I think I would feel really oomfortable having him do my surgery. Let me know how you feel he takes care of you and how well he does. Yahna, I wish you the best in your new life. The first week or two is the worst. It does get better. It is wonderful that you have a supporting husband and daughter. Let them do for you the first few weeks, you spend you time healing. Walk and rest and take the pain meds.

Hi Yahna!You are on your way!! I know this is a scary and exciting time for you. You are going to do just fine!!! Just think, You are starting a journey that only a few travel. You should be very proud of yourself. I am proud of you!!!! Think of some of the new things you will be able to do like take a long bike ride, get on a amusement park ride and not worry if you will fit in the seat, cross your legs and the best of all have the energy to do these things!!!
