I just went in and got a lap band adjustment my first adjustment since I had the surgery on July 1st and it went great... I have lost a total of 30 pounds and feeling great I am walking every other night a mile and half... Am already down several clothing sizes and enjoying being able to go and get new clothes and hearing everyone comment already on how much I look different...

it has been a couple weeks since I wrote on here last.. and it was weigh in day and now up to 25 pounds.. I am feeling real good and having more energy everyday that goes by... I went thru the closet already and have to go and by smaller clothes which makes me even happier...

I went to the Dr on July 10th and had lost a total of 18 pounds so far... than yesterday was the weekly weigh in and I am at 20 pounds now... so excited hope everyone else is doing real well on everything...

I had my surgery on July 1st.. I got released from the hospital on the 2nd... I had the Lapband done.. and except for being a little sore I am feeling real good ... I had a wonderful dr up in Clinton Illinois that did the procedure.. I am looking forward to seeing the results and will contuinue to keep all posted on the recovery and results..
