Kelly, you are NOT alone in the slow loser area. I'm 6 months out on monday and down 70 LBs...while yes, this is fantastic. Its VERY frustrating to see people drop that much in half the time that started out the same as me. Mostly, I think it's the scarey thought of this "not working for me". We aren't alone. There are quite a few other people that lose comparatively slow. Just so long as it keeps comming off. Hang in there!

I SAID A PRAYER FOR YOU TODAY~*~ I said a prayer for you today And know God must have heard- I felt the answer in my heart Although He spoke no word I didn't ask for wealth or fame, I knew you wouldn't mind, I asked Him to send treasures Of a far more lasting kind, I asked that He'd be near you At the start of each new day, To grant you health and blessings And friends to share your way. I asked for happiness for you In all things great and small, But it was for His loving care I prayed the most of all.

Hi Kelly, I have always drank a glass or 2 of milk with my meals. It was an adjustment, even last night my fiance asked where my glass was when I was setting the table for supper. Remember? I can't drink with my meals. Oh yeah, he says. I just make sure that things I make aren't so dry. I do have a glass of water when I go out to eat for the "just in case" you were describing, but I haven't used it yet. Hopefully that helps. Take care and God Bless. ~Cherie LapRYN 10/18/02 -93lbs

In all things Remember, that the one above loves you, that He holds us all in his loving arms,He knows each of us by name.He said anything you ask for in "my name" will be given to you.So in His name I pray for you, that you be given strength, endurance, love, peace and most of all long life.In Jesus' name. When you wake up and see the faces of your loved ones in the recovery room, know that you have made it.Thank Him,Know that you have been blessed to see and to live out the rest of your days with the ones you love and the ones who love you.....Knowing that He loves you too. Happy soon to be ReBirthday.
