I just want everyone to know that Debi is doing so well and following all doctors orders. She is an inspiration to me with her strength and determination. She is going to be a great motivator for me and a great source of information for anyone going through this journey as well. I am so thankful that she had the opportunity to have this procedure now because I need her through this process in my own life as well as seeing her succeed sooner. She has been getting herself organized and getting the hectic post-op routine down and even getting her walking in for the day! Every time I talk with her I am so impressed with how self-sufficient she is and how much I can learn from her. I am so thankful for her and look forward to our many weight loss successes together!

Debi - you will absolutely love the results of this surgery! If you follow doctor's orders, chew, chew, chew, sip, sip, sip, walk, walk, walk you will be a fantastic loser. It worked for me - I am down 174 lbs, I started at 302 and now I am at 128. I am 58 years old! You weight losses will happen quickly. I'll be thinking of you, back here in cold snowy Ohio.
