As someone else posted on the board, call your Dr & have him check you out. Any time you have chest pain or shortness of breath that is unusual you need to call yur Dr or go to the Er, especially if your heart is pounding & you feel anxious. It might be nothing but better safe than sorry.

BRENDA, I am so happy for you!! I am a very new post op, had my surgery on Monday. I feel terrific. I had no problems with nerves but that is because I spent months doing my homework. I went ahead and made out a will, a medical power of attortney and wrote letters to my loved ones. They were never needed but I felt so good sharing my love with other people. YOU GO GIRL,,,,life is going to be so good for you!! Best wishes for a speedy recovery and a painless surgery. KimmieTN
