Hi, Meg I also have Anthem BCBS. I have heard once they get what they need they will respond within 48hours. I don't know if that is true. i have sent in everything and I am waiting on an interview by the Patient Manager, once that is done she can sent it all in to Anthem. next week. I hope it all works out for you and you come through stronger and healthier. I too, miss riding my bike and crossing my legs. At what point did it get this bad? Cindi
