Christiana, I have had several surgeries in my life, and have experienced the same kind of anxiety each time. I found that putting my life in the hands of my faith (God for me) gave me the peace I needed to get through. YOU will be fine.. you will come through on the other side a new and happier person. Rest your worries in Gods hands and relax, You will be fine. Good luck!

Christina, you can not control the "what ifs?", so don't try. All you can do is get in the car and drive and not worry about what if I have a wreck or someone runs into me. You will be fine, and you will work through this journey just like other journeys in your life! I wish you the best and will keep you in my prayers! hugs....

Christina, hang in there. I know what yo7u are going through I was crying and all the what if's were just sitting in my head for those couple days before surgery. I know you have a really goo d doctor and you will be fine. I would never change having this surgery one bit. I am having a ball and you will to. The clothes shopping is the best. I never thought I would think that way. Take Care,
