HI! surgery twin! It was so nice to meet you at the hospital. THANK YOU for the flowers! You are awesome. I hope this finds you feeling well. My incision is almost completely healed but itching like He** . Are you having that problem. I woke up scratching like mad night before last the paniced and had to turn on the lights and make sure i didn't hurt it. How are you doing on the liquids? I am ready to chew on something, not really physically hungry by my head is out of control. It is harder than I thought it would be. I'm hanging in there and trying to keep my eye on the long term results! keep in touch!

Have been talking with Kara (she is sounding very tired, understandably) and to Steve last couple of days. Kara is doing great, and should be released to come home today. She has been started on clear liquids and is looking forward to get home to her family.

I talked with Karas' husband Steve around noon my time (11am hers)and Kara was in recovery. She got through surgery fine, and they also took her gall bladder. I will update more after I talk with her this evening! WELCOME TO THE OTHERSIDE, SIS!!!
