I tried to eamil this to you but it was returned as undeliverable - Hello: I am writing to tell you that I saw your message on the Board today about insurance covering WLS. I understand what you were trying to convey, but in the end I ended up being very hurt by it. I wrote a message on the board in response, but I guess they thought it would cause more hurt feelings and they refused to post it. Which I guess was the proper thing to do. I should have just emailed you and told you myself. I don't want to hurt you either, but let me say this. My son is in kidney failure and is one of those people waiting for a organ transplant to save his life. What was posted (even though I know you did not mean it that way) hurt me to the bone. I wonder how long I have left with my son and something like that statement (please go back and read it) takes the breath away from me. I too agree with what you were saying about the insurance companies because it is a fight to even get the treatment for my son and his is life and death, and this was through no fault of his own. I just don't know what else to say. I really feel crushed by this and I think of us all as family. I try not to be hurtful or say things that may be of pain to anyone, my son is my life. ~J SAMPLE... THERE IS NOTHING THAT GETS ME TO BOILING ANY MORE THAN TO HEAR ALL THE, SO CALL, ANSWERS TO OUR PROBLEM... LET THE FAT PERSON SAY THIS... I DON'T THINK SO... NO FAT PERSON IS GOING TO... I FOR ONE HAVE LOST 1,000 LBS IN MY TIME AND THEN TURN AROUND AND GAIN IT ALL BACK AND MORE... YES IF I WAS ALCOHOLIC OR A DRUG ACCIDE.. I CAN MANAGE THAT BETTER, BUT THIS IS FOOD,WE R TALKING ABOUT HERE AND LIKE U SAID U CANNOT GO WITH OUT FOOD..IT IS EASY FOR PPL TO TALK,, BUT WHEN IT COMES DOWN TO IT... I know that spending time with your daughter has to be so much easier as you have the health to get down and enjoy playing with her and being a Mommy. Time to see a new pic.
