I started this profile about 3 months after my surgery. Before surgery my heaviest weight was at 367lbs. I can't believe that I let my self get that huge. Everyday when I get up and look in the mirror and I see this new person emerging and I am in disbelief that it is really me. I never thought that getting the weight off was possible until I walked into Dr. Umbach's office. A whole new world opened up for me, and I took the chance and wanted the change. So on April 30 2008 at alittle after 12:30pm I was in the OR waiting for Dr. Umbach to perform the miracle that he has done for so many other patients, and I am honored that I am one of them.
