Hi Kim! I read your profile and cracked up! You sound same as me. Although you have one inch on me - that's height that is - I am 5'0"! Hee! Anyway, I just wanted to wish you the best. I am having the surgery with Dr. Salvino and loved him and his staff. Dr. Kane wasn't in my insurance, but I have heard wonderful things about him, too! My date is scheduled for 4/25. It's only a matter of time!! Best of luck to you! Always, Laura
