I am so excited to be under 300 pounds! Don't want to ever see that number on my scale AGAIN! Also, my BMI has dropped 20 points. I was in the "super morbidly obese" and now I am just "extremely obese." It's the little things--ha ha! I already feel so much better and I even walked 2.5 miles without feeling like I was going to pass out. If you have a "walk from obesity" event in your area, be sure to take part in it. We are all in this fight together! We need to support this organization.

Would love to hear from anybody and get an update on how you are doing. I haven't been on here in a while so I need to catch up with everyone!

I am having surgery on the 19th-five days away! I am excited but getting nervous. As of Wednesday, I had already lost 7 pounds after doing liquid diet for two days. I am looking forward to my new lease on life!
