~*~Angel update: I was able to again visit with Martha and David (her DH) last night and she looks FABULOUS!!! WOW! She is scheduled to be released from the hospital today pending no unforeseen problems in the night. Praise the Lord for a successful surgery and speedy recovery! ~ LightningBug

~*~ Angel Update: I spent the afternoon with Martha and she is doing GREAT!! She is on liquids with a protein powder mixed in and she is tolerating this just fine!! She is up and walking, making four trips down a long corridor today! She looks wonderful! Her color is good and her beautiful smile is ever present. :-) She is experiencing some numbness in her left hand; therefore, a neurologist was called in and he feels certain that this condition will not last long and is due to the way she was positioned during a rather lengthy surgery. I am so proud of her! She is doing so well!!!!!!!! Please keep her in your prayers. God bless, LightningBug

~*~ Angel Update: Martha has come through her surgery!!! The surgery lasted longer than expected but the doctor said all went well. David (Martha's husband) called around 7:45 and said she was now in her room and she was in some pain. Please pray for a quick recovery for Martha!! LightningBug
