Best Wishes for a successful surgery and smooth recovery! Weigh to go! I just read another post from someone who just had surgery and the thing that hurts the most is their BACK. And it is PAINFUL, not just uncomfortable. THE LAST THING YOU NEED TO TELL YOUR SURGEON, BEFORE THEY PUT YOU UNDER, IS TO PUT SOMETHING UNDER YOUR KNEES TO TAKE THE PRESSURE OFF YOUR BACK!!! Time and time again folks are coming out of the O.R. and their back is killing them. It’s because you are lying flat on your back for hours on a hard surface. How long can you do that now? If the surgeon will just put a rolled up blanket under your knees this problem will be eliminated! Got It?... Good…. Problem solved. (Or at least talk it over with him/her).

Sandra, the big day is quickly approaching. It is hard not to be nervous but you will be fine. Just remember that after surgery will be the worst that you will feel. It only gets better from there. Good luck and I will keep you in my prayers.

Sandra, Keep your head up!! I totally understand what you are going through. I do not have any children, but I understand the physical pain. Take care of yourself, trust in God and the blessing will shower down on you. *-*
